Total Task is a human-powered digital assistance service supported by AI. You can request tasks; our taskers complete them; and we deliver results to you.

We reserve the right to refuse illegal, harmful, or unethical requests.

• Provide accurate information about your tasks
• Use the platform legally and respectfully
• Not misuse the system, exploit pricing, or attempt to harm the platform

We may suspend or restrict access if a user violates these rules.

By using our service, you acknowledge that we may collect your approximate location.

By using Total Task, you understand and agree that:

• We may collect your approximate location (city and country) via your IP address
• This information may be shared with service providers (taskers) to improve service delivery when you create tasks
• Location information helps taskers provide better, more localized service
• You can control location visibility in your account settings at any time
• We do NOT track or store precise GPS coordinates or your exact address

Your Rights:

• You can hide your location in Profile → Location & Privacy
• When hidden, taskers will NOT see your location
• You can request deletion of your location data at any time

When you submit a task:

• You receive an estimated price & time
• The task begins once payment is authorized (or as defined by your plan)
• Your location (if visible) may be shared with the assigned tasker

We make every reasonable effort to deliver tasks on time and with good quality, but timelines may vary depending on complexity and available information.

Payments are processed through third-party processors like Stripe or PayPal.

Prices may vary depending on:

• Complexity
• Speed
• Tasker availability
• Overtime
• Special requests

Some tasks may be offered for $0 depending on promotions or Total Task discretion.

You may upload files, text, or data needed to complete your task. You confirm that:

• You own the rights to this content OR
• You have legal permission to share it

We are not responsible for legal issues arising from content you provide.

You own the final delivered work unless otherwise stated. We retain rights to our platform, systems, branding, and technology.

You agree NOT to use Total Task to:

• Break laws
• Harass or harm others
• Request dangerous, unethical, or prohibited activities
• Abuse discounts or promotional systems
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or harm the platform
• Misrepresent your location or identity

Total Task is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Losses caused by delays
• Losses caused by information you provided
• Indirect damages
• Issues caused by third-party systems (payment processors, hosting providers, geolocation services, etc.)
• Inaccurate location data from third-party services

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the task in question.

We take your privacy seriously. By using Total Task, you agree to our data collection and usage practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you're located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Contact us at privacy@total-task.com to exercise these rights.

CCPA Compliance (California Users)
